Yes. Choose Amazon as your purchase location in the support form and include your order number. We’ll use it to identify your purchase and the right next steps.

Open your product’s support page and choose a language under Manuals & downloads. Each available language has its own PDF. If your language isn’t available yet, choose another available version or contact us.

Have your product model, purchase location, order number, purchase date and contact details ready. Extension terms will be confirmed for your product; completing a form does not itself activate coverage.
